Review collection update

We are implementing a new and more stable solution for collecting reviews from indirect sources such as Expedia, Hotels.com and Tripadvisor.

 

As part of this update, from Friday March 6 and the following days, you may notice a higher number of reviews appearing in your inbox. This is expected — we will collect reviews retroactively from February 1st to ensure previously missing reviews are included.
