Introducing the new Loopon Dashboard

We’re really excited to introduce the new Loopon dashboard, a big step forward in how you can work with your guest feedback.

For a long time, tools like ours have been great at collecting data and helping you respond. But that’s only part of the job. The real challenge is knowing what to focus on—and actually acting on it, consistently. That’s exactly what we’ve built this new dashboard to support.

At the heart of it is the new Insights section. Instead of leaving you to figure everything out yourself, we now highlight the areas that matter most based on your results and what actually drives your overall performance. In simple terms, it helps you answer: what should I focus on next?

The insights are also tailored depending on your role. Whether you’re running the whole property, managing a department, or working closer to the guest, you’ll see what’s most relevant for you. The idea is to cut through the noise and make it easier to go from “looking at data” to actually doing something with it.

Around this, we’ve built a dashboard that supports that way of working. You can switch perspectives, compare performance over time, and benchmark yourself against others to get the right context. The Highest Impact view helps you understand where improvements will actually move the needle, not just where scores are high or low.

At the same time, you’re always close to the real guest voice. Comments and reviews are right there, easy to filter, so you can quickly connect the numbers to what guests are actually saying.

KPIs and goals are still there, of course – but instead of just being something you monitor, they become part of a workflow where insights lead to actions, and actions lead to better results.

Our recommendation is simple: use the dashboard regularly. Not just to check numbers, but to guide your priorities, your team discussions, and your daily decisions. The more you use it as part of how you work, the more value you’ll get out of it.

This is just the first version, and we’re already working on what comes next. Our ambition is to make Loopon a natural part of your daily operations—not just a system for collecting feedback and replying to guests, but a tool that actively helps you improve your business over time.
