Since 2007, Loopon has helped hospitality businesses understand their guests and create better experiences. Nearly two decades later, we're taking another step forward. Not because our purpose has changed, but because hospitality never stops evolving.
Hospitality has always been about people. The way we welcome guests, the experiences we create and the memories they take home. That hasn't changed since Loopon was founded. But the world around us certainly has.

Guest expectations are higher, digital channels have changed how people discover and evaluate hospitality, and feedback travels faster than ever. To stay relevant, we need to keep listening, learning and evolving alongside the industry.
Working in hospitality teaches you that great guest experiences rarely come from one big decision. They're built through countless small moments, thoughtful improvements and people who genuinely care about what they do.
It also teaches you that the guest experience is never finished. What delighted someone yesterday might simply be expected tomorrow.
Over the years, we've worked alongside hotels, restaurants and destinations that understand this. The most successful organizations don't just collect feedback. They use it to learn, improve and build stronger relationships with their guests.
That belief has shaped Loopon from the beginning.
Our latest evolution brings a renewed brand, a clearer direction and a platform built for modern hospitality.
But we're not starting over. We're building on nearly two decades of experience, combining what we've learned with new technology and smarter ways of working.
Automation, integrations and better analytics create opportunities that didn't exist when Loopon was founded. Yet technology alone doesn't create better hospitality. People do. Our job is to give them the insights and tools to make a difference.
If there's one thing I've learned over the years, it's that you can never assume you fully understand your guests. You have to stay curious, keep asking questions and sometimes challenge what has worked for years.
The same is true for Loopon.
As we approach our twentieth anniversary, I'm proud of what we've built. But I'm even more excited about what comes next.
The industry will continue to change, and so will we. Always with the same belief at heart.
Better hospitality begins with understanding your guests.
